Wellbeing:

I enjoy yoga & when I have a chance or at least have an hour to myself (between running errands, working part-time, spending time with Jared & being mum to a toddler), I try and get to a  yoga class. My favourite in the Bayside Melbourne area are classes run by Tracy Vitale www.reviveurhealth.com
